Welcome to this spacious, stylish holiday home which is equipped with both a terrace and a conservatory. It is set two kilometres from the water, in a beautiful area in Skåne, and it features a sauna.

The interior of the house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen features the basic amenities and the living room is equipped with a TV with chromecast. There are three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed in each, and one of them with two single beds. The lovely conservatory is the perfect place for cosy evenings, as it contains a wood-burning stove. In the bathroom you will find a WC, a washbasin, a shower, a washing machine, and a sauna. Adjacent to it, there's a small WC-room with a WC and a washbasin.

The house is set in a quiet, residential area where the houses are separated by large gardens and groves. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know there are several golf courses in the area, such as Eket Golf Course, which is only 10 kilometres from the house. Or why not pay avisit to the Elk Park, where you are guaranteed to spot elk?

Helsingborg offers entertainment and shopping, as does the big shopping centre Väla with it's 200 shops. If you feel like taking a day trip, why not catch the ferry from Helsingborg to Denmark- Helsingör and visit the beautiful castle Kronborg Slott? Or drive northward, to Småland and visit the many glass works in the area know as “The Kingdom of Crystal”.
