To minimise power consumption there is a wood-burning stove and heat pump. From both the house and garden you have views over Hejlsminde Nor, a nature conservation area, and over the Little Belt towards Assens to Funen. From the living room on the first floor you have the same view of the area and the water. The garden and terrace are partly secluded behind a small fence. The house is located a short distance from the area's beautiful beaches or shopping opportunities and tourist attractions in Kolding approx. an hour's drive from the North Sea. There are 2 parking spaces on the site. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
