Holiday cottage near the marina and the beach. The house is located with other houses as duplexes, each of 60 m² and a small mezzanine on 6 m² and a wooden terrace of 20-32 m². The house was designed in a contemporary style. The roof is covered with roofing felt. The house is equipped with HTH kitchen. Floors and walls of wood create a cosy environment where you can relax indoors if it rains or open up to the terrace on a beautiful sunny day. In the area there is a small grocery store with a limited selection, as well as a summer restaurant in the area. A small path encircles the lake and invites for adventures for the little ones or walks for the big ones. There are trouts in the lake and you are allowed to fish. There is 22 acres common area that includes playground, activity centre, badminton, table tennis, pedal cars and much more. You can also rent bikes. The location of the house provides a cosy village atmosphere free from annoying traffic, and children can move safely.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
