Swimming possibilities from shallow beach: 150 meters. Nearest shop, 20 km. 96 km to Knarvik with all services, doctor, shopping center, etc. 5 minutes by boat to the area and some of Norway's best fishing spots. Here you can get really big fish such as cod, saithe, pike, catfish, halibut, tusk, anglerfish, salmon, sea trout etc. The reason is the transition Sognefjorden to the shallower depths outside, from 1300 m to 200 m.

3 km to sheltered marina with a floating dock and sfish fileting table. There is also a fish fileting table in the garage by the cottage, as well as freezer and storage space for fishing equipment.
