The house sits on an open and sunny plot by the sea in the small village of Klo. The house is older but spacious with 2 full floors.

From the house you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and fresh ocean air. During bright spring and summer nights, you can experience midnight sun. On stormy days, the great ocean waves are impressive to watch. Use the wood-burning stove on cool days. The property is family friendly and it is possible to play games. Go for walks along the sea and in the area. This is a good starting point for day excursions around Vesterålen.

The sea here is rich with fish and you can catch many different species. There are both shallow waters and great depths. 23,5 ft Arronél self-draining aluminium boats with 150 hp Honda outboard motors are available for rent. They come with 12 rod holders, sonar, GPS and Lowrance chartplotter. The boats are found by a dock 1 km from the house. There are also fish cleaning tables here. You can also rent a 17 ft boat with 15 hk and sonar in the same harbour but with this boat you do not have access to a fish cleaning table with cover. Must be booked in advance.
