Beautiful apartment on a natural plot by a large lake.

The apartment is beautifully located with an incredible view and windows facing the water. The apartment is on the first floor with external staircase leading to the front door and a small terrace with lovely views. The house has 2 bedrooms and is well suited for 4 people. There is a double bedroom that can be converted into two single beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower cubicle, sink, and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped and has an open solution to the living room. Dining table right next to the kitchen. All rooms are on one level. All rooms (except bedrooms) have underfloor heating.

Outside, there is a private sandy beach with barbecue facilities as well as swimming possibilities both from beach and pier. Lots of fish in the water right by the house. Fishing in the sea can be done at Tau 8.2 km from the house.

Not far to the parking lot of Preikestolen, one of Norway's most visited attractions (16.7 km) or to Tau or Jørpeland with many shops and the opportunity for a walk around idyllic Jørpelandsholmen. Treat yourself and a visit to the small "big city" Stavanger with many shops, restaurants with and without Michelin stars as well as a visit with the children to Kongeparken.
