Burgsvik and Södra Gotland offer everything from good food at Grå Gåsen where So much better is recorded to the famous rauken Hoburgsgubben. A warm welcome to a Gotland gem!

Here you live in a nice house with generous areas on two floors and a lovely garden. On the entrance level you have access to a large kitchen with a charming pantry and living room combined with a dining room where pleasant dinners can be enjoyed. There is also a fireplace and a sofa bed. Separate living room with sofa and TV. Beautifully glazed porch where morning coffee can be enjoyed. Toilet is located next to the entrance.

Upstairs you will find a large soothing bedroom with double bed and two other bedrooms with a single bed and sofa bed for two. Upstairs you will also find the bathroom with toilet and bath. On the plot is a nice cottage of about 10 sqm with two single beds.

The house is beautifully framed by a stone wall and lush vegetation. Nice terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue that offers a view of the lush garden where there is plenty of space for running and playing. Here you live undisturbed with proximity to the sea for swimming and beautiful walks as well as several of Gotland's all sights and strawberry places within easy reach. Visit Bottarve Museum Farm for a historical look back to the 19th century with exhibitions, activities for children and a cozy café. In Vamlingbo Prästgård you can see beautiful art by Lars Jansson and enjoy a nice coffee in the garden. Or why not pay a cinema visit to Burgsvik's own cinema.

On Gotland there are endless bathing places, nearby you can choose to swim from the pebble beach along the coast below the house or go to Holmhällar's beautiful sandy beach only 10 minutes drive from the house. Also take the opportunity to explore the rest of the island as the Hanseatic city of Visby with Visby Ringmur and beautiful Fårö!
