Possibility to book a sauna house and hot tub on a common plot for a little extra luxury! Only 1 km away you can enjoy a good bite to eat at Ranchland Wild & Crazy and visit Trinntorp's bathing area, a lovely sandy beach with playground and jetty. The house is located in Tyresö with only 30 minutes drive to central Stockholm for further activities. Let the holidays begin!

Here you are welcomed by a nice villa with entrance in the conservatory, further into the house you are struck by the breathtaking views this accommodation offers! Where the kitchen and living room are combined in one with a lovely ceiling height, wood burning stove and windows with a beautiful view of the archipelago. Exit to large terrace under roof with nice sitting area where it is made for relaxation! Via the kitchen you reach a glazed conservatory with summer kitchen, also accessible from the outside, which is equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven, wine cooler, large dining table and heat lamps. Perfect for nice dinners with the sea in the background!

In the house you will find three bedrooms on the entrance level, one with a double bed and two with single beds, via the rooms with single beds there is a staircase up to the attic from each room. In the attic you will find two cozy rooms, each with a double bed. Can be opened between the rooms with a small sliding door (low ceilings). Here you can choose whether you want to sleep up or down. On the entrance level you will find a guest toilet, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate laundry room.

On the plot there is a barbecue area with a campfire feel and if you follow the stairs down to the water you reach the water with a jetty and bathing ladder and a trampoline on the lawn. There is also a separate sauna building with a hot tub that can be booked on site. Nice wooden deck with seating area and inside the sauna house there is a shower and seating furniture. Luxury to it and let yourself enjoy a spa evening with sauna and hot tub with a view you will soon forget!

The plot is managed by a total of three households, one of which is the owner and the other is rented out as a holiday home just like this house. Sauna and hot tub are booked on site for a fee. Possibility to book a rowing boat. The tower next to the house is not included in this rental. This house welcomes 6 guests but has 8 beds to choose from arranged on the entrance level and loft.
