Welcome to this well-maintained cottage with a view of the sea, which is located on the beautiful Bobergs Udde/Grimsholmen just south of the center of Falkenberg. The cottage has three balconies and a charming, wind-protected garden where you can enjoy both morning and evening sun. From two of the balconies you can see the sparkling sea and the sunset on the horizon.

At bathrobe distance from the cottage, you have lovely, long sandy beaches for refreshing baths and long beach walks. Here it is also perfect to bring the picnic basket and just enjoy life. The area the cabin is located in is really nice and peaceful, here you can relax and be close to nature. At the same time, there is Falkenbergs Golf Club and several restaurants such as Prostens and Skrea Matbruk and Lilla Napoli as well as Skrea Strand with its entire range of restaurants and cafes, course golf, tennis courts and bathhouses within cycling distance.

The cabin is bright and fresh with a functional kitchen and when the weather permits, the outdoor spaces are used for all meals and coffee breaks of the day. Living room with sofa bed and armchairs for nice relaxing moments or when you want to watch TV. Two bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and the other has a bunk bed, suitable if you have children/young people with you. Bathroom with wc, wash basin and shower.

Since 2020, the cottage has a complete fence around the inner garden, which provides both wind protection and quieter meals for you as a family with children, but also lovely for anyone looking for a moment of peace. The flowering garden's bushes provide shade in part of the garden which is wonderful on really hot days while the rest of the garden flows in sun.

Falkenberg offers many different activities during the summer. Shops, cafes, outdoor seating with live music in the evenings and festivals that replace each other. Falkenberg is known for its salmon fishing in Ätran, which those interested in fishing do not want to miss (make sure to buy a fishing license beforehand). There is a beautiful walking and cycling route outside the door and all the way to the centre.
