4,000 sqm common area for ball games, sandpit and play equipment. Communal outdoor 50 sqm swimming pool, open daily at 12-18.00, between 20.6-5.9. Temperature 20-26 degrees, weather dependent. On request, a barbecue hut and whirlpool can be rented. Good salmon river, Eira, 22 km. Trout Lake Målsvatnet, 9 km. 5-10 min. by boat to some of the best fishing spots in Norway. Fish cooking place in own building. The boats are for rent in the private marina.
