Cozy and well-maintained holiday home located in the beautiful area of Bratten Strand, which comes alive in summer with a vibrant atmosphere. The house is situated close to a local grocery store as well as a playground for the youngest members of the family. At the beach, there is also the opportunity to take a refreshing swim from the bathing jetty.

The house is furnished with three spacious bedrooms offering wardrobe space, and additionally features a loft with two mattresses. If extra privacy or a quiet retreat is desired, this can be enjoyed in the annex, which was built in 2020.

The home has a large and bright kitchen that is open to the corner living room, allowing those preparing meals to remain part of the conversation with the rest of the family. There are two toilets. From the living room, there is direct access to the house’s lovely terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and keep an eye on activities on the large, landscaped lawn. The garden includes a trampoline and a volleyball net, providing great opportunities for fun and relaxation with friends and family.

Please note that an electric vehicle charging station (Type 2) is available.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
