The Villa apartment is perfect to a city holiday in wonderful Skagen. The holiday home is located on 1st. and 2nd. floor in a grand villa from 1936, recently remodeled and renovated in 2017. Outstanding 121 square meters where you immediately feel at home.

The living room on the second floor plan, is the heart and center and from where there a great view to Skagen Port, The Grey Light House, The Bascule Light, Skagen Vest and The Church of Skagen - a 380 degree view to all corner of the world plus the sky above Skagen. The showcasing large living room has large windows all around plus extra high ceiling in a pavilion design shape glass skylight. The rooms are furnished with a pleasant dining room area relaxing sectional sofa with TV and all complimented with an enchanting modern glass stove burner, glowing its firelight over our guest. The fire is possible to see from all four angels.

The first floor you'll find a beautiful kitchen, furnished with all modern amenities, - including a lovely breakfast nug. From the kitchen there is direct access to a small balcony. The holiday home har tre fine light bedrooms; one bedroom with two separate beds, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with 3/4 bed (eq. seizes full). The holiday bathroom is with a separate shower.

The villa consist of two separate holiday apartsments, separate entrances and where the apartment below (main and lower level) is an independent rentals. Referal housenumber 020194.

SIGHTSEEING IN THE AREA:
Should the day’s activities be of cultural experiences, you’ll around the corner locate the artist home Ancher’s and the Art Museum of Skagen, where you’ll find all the great Skagen’s painters such as P.S. Krøyer, Anna Ancher, Michael Ancher, Holger Dracmann, Laurits Tuxen, and much more of their 9000 collection. ‘Grenen’, the very tip of Denmark where the two seas meet Kattegat and Skagarak, is a most to visit when in Skagen. On route to Grenen, you’ll pass the Grey Light House, Center for Migrating Birds and from the tower can enjoy the most fantastic view over Grenen and over Skagen town. Here you can learn about the lives of the migrating birds and birdlife of Skagen’s Peninsula. Certain periods there will be possible to assist the Otologists ring brand birds.
We suggest an early riser morning and plan for a tour to the fish auction warehouse and experience vibrant harbor life of Skagen and as next door neighbor you’ll find Skagen Marina and the old red warehouse designed by Bindesbøll, where you also will find the finish seafood selection at Skagen Fiske restaurant’ and restaurant ‘Pakhuset’. The harbor area is famous for the lively environment as a high efficiently working harbor with traffic, guest and yachts in the Marina, in or around the shipyard’s open dock for repair and new order of ships. During the summer months Skagen Port welcomes and is the destination of many cruises ship call at the cruise quay.
