The 169 m2 home is spread over two levels, with two of the four bedrooms on the first floor. The ground floor and first floor are connected by stairs - one of which is an older and steep staircase (not suitable for children and people with walking difficulties). On both floors you will find a double room and a bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Stairs in the living room lead up to the double bedroom on the first floor in one end of the house. Next to the kitchen-dining room is the utility room with a washing machine and dryer. From the utility room there is access to the first-floor bedroom at the other end of the house.

Combined kitchen dining /living room with wood-burning stove. The living room is a nice "walk down memory lane" with interior from the 1960s/1970s. Plenty of space around the dining table and in the living area with TV you’ll find two sofa groups with ample space for game nights. From the living room you have direct access to the newly landscaped, south-facing terrace.

The area in Gl. Skagen is ideal for lovely walks or bike rides or just relaxing and enjoying your vacation days sunbathing on the beach and taking dips in the cool sea water. Perhaps enjoy a nice lunch on the terrace at Restaurant Hyttefadet or Ruth’s Hotel, both located a few hundred meters from your holiday home. As a guest in Skagen, Grenen, Denmark's outermost tip, is a must-visit.

In addition, there is a wealth of excursion destinations. Skagen town center with its large selection of retail shops, Skagen’s Museum, Ancher’s House and the Coastal Museum, and south of Skagen, Råbjerg Mile, Denmark's largest hiking dune. For the very active, Skagen MTB track (13.6 km) is just 3 km from the holiday home, or if you prefer tennis you can rent a court and book time at Skagen’s Tennis Club, also 3 km from the holiday home.
