This lovely holiday home is centrally located close to the town, beach, and forest. It accommodates 6 people and is ideal for a small family of 4 who would like to bring the grandparents along for the holiday, as it has an extra bathroom and a small extra summer room with its own heat pump/air conditioning and TV.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, which has a wood stove, heat pump/air conditioning, and large east-facing windows overlooking the sea, so you can enjoy the sunrise.
From the living room, there is access to a lovely covered south-facing terrace that provides shelter and privacy from the neighbors, creating a cozy dining area and sunspot.
From the living room, there is access to a loft where children can play undisturbed.
There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two rooms with ¾ beds.

Sæby is a market town that turns 500 years old in 2024. In the old town is the monastery church of St. Mariæ. In this area, you will also find Sæby Miniby with houses from 1900, the Coastal Museum, Sæby watermill, and several interesting artisans in the old town around Algade. On the outskirts of the town, there is an attractive 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, which is also worth a visit.
An hour’s drive from Sæby is Skagen, where you can experience the environment of the Skagen painters up close, Grenen, and see the meeting of the two seas. On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium, Northern Europe’s largest aquarium, can be a great excursion for families with children. To the south is Aalborg (Denmark's 3rd largest city), if the opportunities of city life appeal to you.
