The lush garden of this country house offers surprising beauty and liveliness. It makes any moment perfect to enjoy some rays of sunshine having breakfast under the porch, to sunbathe on the 5 available sun loungers or on the hanging hammock or simply take a walk on the fresh grass breathing the fresh, sea air. The plot is fenced and, although there are neighbors around, privacy is absolute.
The interiors, with their spaciousness, simplicity and Majorcan style, create the perfect environment to relax. Upon entering they find a large living room, open to the dining area, where they can watch satellite television or chat and rest on the sofas next to the air conditioning. The kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, offers everything you need to cook, as well as a table if you prefer to eat here and direct access outside. The laundry room is separate and has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. To rest, they have three bedrooms with double beds and one of them with access to the terrace, equipped with a wardrobe, a fan and space to place up to two cribs and two high chairs. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The equipment is completed with two radiators if needed.
Ses Covetes is a very quiet coastal area that requires a visit to the impressive and heavenly beach of Es Trenc, located 1.5 km from the property. There you can have something fresh at its beach bars before or after a long day swimming among crystal clear waters. There are also small dream coves worth visiting, such as Colonia de Sant Jordi. This town is also ideal for trying Mallorcan cuisine or fresh fish in its restaurants and making the purchases you need for your daily life.
There is an annex that remains closed. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 8 cars.
