There is electric heating on both floors and an air pump that helps ensure a cozy, cheap and healthy indoor climate. Brand new kitchen from 2018 with a beautiful wood stove and door to the garden. The house is fully equipped with plates etc. for 10 people. In addition, there is electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. The living room has a wood burning stove. The house has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 1 doublebed and 2 singlebeds and one bedroom with 4 singlebeds. It is possible to rent a cot for SEK 150 per week and a guest bed for SEK 500 per week.

The owner's private home is on the same plot, and tenants of the holiday home only have access to part of the plot.

If you want to swim in the sea, there are many beautiful beaches throughout the Karlskrona area - the nearest beach is only 9 km from the holiday home. The unique and beautiful old town of Karlskrona, listed on the World Heritage List, is 12 km from the house.

A deposit of SEK 1000 is required upon arrival at the house. Electricity is charged at SEK 2.00 per kWh.
