Welcome to this cute holiday home set right by the shores of lake Vänern, Sweden's largest lake. The holiday home is a 30 square foot guest house on the landlord's garden plot.

It features a small bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen. In the bedroom you'll find a bunk bed and a cot. In the living room there's a stylish sofa bed that fits two, and a TV. The kitchen is well-planned and practical, and features the basic amenities but no oven. In the bathroom there's a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The little terrace gives you a panoramic view of the lake.

It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the cottage.

There's a big, public beach with a café only 600 metres from the cottage. The surrounding area offers lots to see and do. The beautiful channel Göta Kanal is a must-see when you are in this part of the country! The national park of Tiveden ( 40 kilometres away) is a must-see, as are the red water lilies of Fagertärn, and the castle Stjernsunds Slott. Hova arranges a medieval market, with jousting, one week a year, usually week 28,which you might be able to catch.

Örebro is a good destination for a day trip. The city centre of Örebro was voted the most beautiful in Sweden in 2015. Don't miss the marvellous castle from the 1300's when you are there! Other fun activities in Örebro include a guided “ghost walk”. The largest waterpark in Sweden is situated in Gustavsvik, and is also worth a visit. Norrkvarn offers a system of mini channels, which it much appreciated by children!
