Spacious and beautifully furnished villa with a high standard and close to the sea in the living archipelago town of Skärhamn on western Tjörn. A perfect house for two families or larger groups who want to live in a genuine archipelago environment with proximity to salty baths, service, restaurants and entertainment. Here, both small and large life enjoyers get their fill of a wonderful holiday in Bohuslän, both spring, summer, autumn and winter!

The villa is tastefully renovated in 2018 (no bathroom and basement). The house is located in a quiet residential area on a spacious plot with both mountains in days, garden and lawn for play and games. Here is a boathouse where you can set the table for wonderful dinners in a genuine, rustic environment. Several nice private patios both with and without roof, choose yourself depending on the weather.

To Gunnersviken you have a bathrobe distance where you can take the day's first dip from the cliff or jetty, then sit on the sunny terrace and enjoy a wonderful breakfast and freshly brewed coffee! If you continue instead a few hundred meters, you will come to the child-friendly Gråskärsbadet with beach, cliffs and jetty. Here the children can fish for crabs and play in the sand.

The villa's entrance floor contains a modern kitchen with a large dining table and living area with armchairs and a warming fireplace. Bedroom with double bed and TV room with sofa group and exit to the protective terrace. The entrance level also has a guest toilet. Upstairs are three single rooms, two of which are lined with a sliding door in between and a larger bedroom with double bed and balcony. Spacious bathroom with bath with shower, bidet & WC.

In the basement of the former kitchen there is a modern day bed which is easily converted into a double bed. Here is the old wood stove which works great to bake delicious pizzas in. In the basement there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and an older tiled shower.

In Skärhamn you are close to all conceivable services. Well-stocked grocery store and system company about 500 m on foot. A stone's throw away is Stycken's bakery and café where you can buy fresh rolls for breakfast. Skärhamn has a very rich range of entertainment and culture. Do not miss a visit to the Nordic Watercolor Museum, which is a Nordic center for contemporary art, with a focus on watercolor techniques. There are also several nice restaurants and shops. In the immediate area you will find many genuine archipelago communities such as Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund. The city of Gothenburg with the amusement park Liseberg about 60 km.
