Surrounded by beautiful nature and pastures, close to Ätran (150m) that rolls through the countryside. The plot is embedded in greenery. Here you can enjoy both peace and quiet, sunbathing, barbecue and here is there room for children's outdoor games.

The ground floor has a kitchen kept in old style. Fridge and freezer and a separate oven with two hotplates. The living room is spacious with dining area and sitting area. A glass porch and a small dining area, so beautifully preserved. A bathroom with toilet and shower.

Up the little steep staircase upstairs you will meet a living room clad in golden wood paneling with period furniture. There is a larger bedroom with two single beds and one smaller with a single bed with shorter dimensions (junior bed). In the living room there is a daybed that extends gives two beds.

The area where the cottage is located is rural and individual. Only a short walk through the woods takes you to the beautiful river Ätran. Ätran has several fishing areas for salmon fishing. Fishing license required.

The town of Ätran is only 3.5 km. There is both restaurant and shops. At Eseredsjön in the north of the community there is a large leisure area with boat and canoe rental, outdoor pools and wintertime very nice ski trails. There is also a larger swimming area. To the big shopping center GEKÅS in Ullared it is only 12 km. There are several golf courses in the area, the nearest is Ullared, Flädje golf club, about 19km away.
