The house was reconditioned in 2004 and contains:
22 m2 livingroom with hardwood floors, double sofabed, television with satellite and DR 1&2,dvd, internet,wood burning stove and air-condition.
Dining area with a new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker with oven, cooker hood and a fridge with freezer.
Small bathroom with a sink, brusher and toilet. In 2013 there was installed heat pump and internet.
Partly covered terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue.
The house is located next to a road which is busy 2 times daily. On the northwest side there is a garden with grass and gardenfurniture. It is a non-smoking house.
