The house welcomes you in a super lovely, classy and modern environment. The holiday home is light and invitingly decorated and there is a lovely light from the large window-walls with terrace doors. 

With its 108 m2, the house is perfect for a family holiday. There is room for 6 people in the holiday home with two bedrooms and a loft. One bedroom with a double bed, the other with a 3/4 bed and the loft is furnished with two single madras. Amazingly spacious and gorgeous bathroom with a large shower, bathtub, a sink, floor heating and good storage room in the bathroom counter. The bathroom has so much room that the whole family can fit in there at the same time. 

The large kitchen-dining area in combination with the living room is the heart of the house. Top modern kitchen, with a gas stove, a lovely dining area with beautiful light furniture and a very cozy sofa corner with a flat screen Tv and a fireplace. From the kitchen-dining room there is direct access to a large terrace with garden furniture and sun beds. There is terraces on three of the house sides and the main terrace is a covered terrace. On the terrace it is possible to find cozy areas where you can sit and enjoy a nice book on the sunbeds. 

Furthermore, the house has a little cozy detail with cozy light on the walls in the hallway-similar to the glowing trails on the floor in an airplane.

In the scullery there is a washing machine, a dryer and a microwave. 

A large carport, with room for two cars is available. There is a charge-station in the carport for electric cars. 

ATTRACTIONS IN THE AREA:
Are you a golfer, then you have the opportunity to visit the golf club "Hvideklit" only a 5 min. drive away by car. 

In Bunken you will find a beautiful sand beach only 2 km away from the holiday home. If you prefer the north sea, you will find "Kandestederne" beach only 10 min. away from the holiday home. Denmark's larges migrating dune -Råbjerg Mile, is located only 10 km away from the holiday home. 

Lovely Aalbæk town with shops, Aalbæk Gl. Kro and the little marina is located only 5 km south from the holdiay home. 

Skagen town is located 20 km north from the holiday home. Here you will find a large selection of retail shops, the art museums of Skagen, Grenen -where the two oceans Skagerrak and Kattegat meet, the sand buried church and the towns many cafés and restaurants.

One dog is allowed.
For guests booking via Airbnb, a dog fee is charged, which is paid directly to the owner after the booking.

No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
Three Parking spots -two in a carport and one directly by the holiday home.
Final cleaning is available for an extra fee.
