Nice, modern and very spacious Skagen home, located in a quite are surrounded by lovely rosehip in the area between Højensvej and Jeckelsvej.
The white painted walls, the white doors and windows brings a heavenly light and a friendly atmosphere throughout the house.
The entrance is beautifully marked with white wooden pillars and a small tile roof. In the entrance there is also a small garden bench, which you can use for support while putting on your shoes. 

On the main floor there is a large kitchen-dining room in combination with the living room with a lovely fireplace for chilly nights. Two large terrace doors with direct access to the terrace and garden area. A lovely kitchen with all the modern facilities, a dining area with plenty of room for everyone and a cozy sofa corner with a light sofa, basket chairs and a TV. Next to the kitchen- dining room there is a scullery with a washing machine and dryer, a table with a sink and extra storage room. From the scullery there is access to the to the southern turned terrace with garden furniture. A large bathroom with a toilet, a shower, a sink and a bathtub and a lovely bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, is also on the main floor.

On the 1. floor there is two large bedrooms with two single beds in each. From both bedrooms there is access to a small balcony. The second bathroom of the house is on the 1. floor, furnished with a shower, a sink and a toilet.

A very lovely holiday home with lovely maritime details and plenty of room for the whole family. The small shed in the garden is used for storing garden furniture and the house owners' private stuff.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
Five parking spots is availble driectly on the holiday home property. 
TV with Scandinavian and German channels.
Final cleaning is available for an extra fee.
Mandatory consumption fee for electricity, heat and water pr. day.

There is two train stops in Skagen, one at Frederikshavnsvej (2,4 km away) and one at Skagen train station (4 km away). 
In the summer months there is a city bus available, driving between Skagen and Gl. Skagen. Nearest bus stop is Jeckelsvej, Jeckels Hotel.
