Magnificent holiday apartment with room for maximum 6 people, who wish to enjoy a lovely vacation in beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. Amazing atmosphere with fun nice and funny details in the entire apartment. The holiday apartment has a glorious light from the window ceilings, that also is decorated with curtains, if you wish to block the sun light out.

Six sleeping places is available in the lovely holiday apartment. Two bedrooms with a double bed (2 single beds pressed together (each 90 x 200 cm)). One with a north-western turned window and another with a window ceiling. In the living room you will find a large sofa-bed, where there are two sleeping places available. A lovely bathroom with white painted walls, a shower, a toilet, a sink and the apartment's washing machine and dryer. 

The heart of the holiday apartment is found in the kitchen-dining room. Delicately furnished with a lovely dining area with plenty of room for everyone around the table. A lovely desk area and a super cozy sofa corner with a sofa, a sofa table and a flat screen TV. From the kitchen-dining room there is a direct access to a 40 m2 yard. The yard includes garden furniture, a parasol and sunbeds. The kitchen area includes all the modern equipment needed to create a tasty meal, perhaps with fresh fish from the marina or a delicious steak from one of the local butchers. 

A short distance from the holiday home you will find "Skagen Bryghus" (the local brewery) and the wine shop "1010 vin og Holte Vinlager". Perhaps a nice beverage could be found for the dinner table in the evening. "Rådhusbageren" (the bakery) is located just around the corner from the apartment, here you could buy freshly baked bread every morning. 

If you have an interested in the arts, Skagen offers plenty of experiences in that department. You can pay a visit to the many glass shops, art crafts, jewelry shops and galleries, spread around the town center. Skagen's Museum, Anchers house and Drachmanns house is definitely a visit worth if you wish to experience the arts in Skagen and is only a short walk away from the holiday apartment. The town's many retail shops, cafés and restaurants, the marina with the old "Bindesbøll" fish storage houses and the lovely beaches surrounding Skagen is all located in walking and bicycling distance. Grenen can also easily be reached by bicycling, walking or by car.

One dog is welcome.
For guests booking via Airbnb, a dog fee is charged, which is paid directly to the owner after the booking.

No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
Two entrance doors to the apartment. One from Sct. Laurentiivej 78 and one from Skovvej 5C.
Two parking spots is available directly by the apartment. 
Final cleaning can be purchased.
Mandatory consumption fee for electricity, heating and water.
A table grill is available. It is the tenant's responsibility to clean the grill after use. (Also, when booked final cleaning)
