Holiday home for 24 people at Truust with access to a shared swimming pool
In the winter of 23/24, new wall panelling was installed in several rooms and a new floor was installed in one bathroom.
This is the house for the large family/group. The house and the area are ideal for golfing, fishing or cycling.The house consists of a large living room open to the kitchen, 9 bedrooms, including 7 rooms with 2 single beds, 1 family room with 3 bunk beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 3 bathrooms with shower. There is a cosy terrace and an outdoor kitchen. There is seating for everyone in the living room, at the dining table and on the terrace. Between the kitchen and living room there is also a bar table with seating for 8 people. There is air hockey in the house. The house has fibre optic internet as an optional extra.It is possible to accommodate more than 24 people by arrangement - contact us on mobile or email for more information.The house is located approx. 100 metres from the solar-heated communal swimming pool (the swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of August) and 200 metres from the communal playground with many activities. There are fishing rights on a section of the Gudenåen river, which is approx. 500 metres away. The area must be experienced - there is plenty of wildlife such as squirrels, pheasants and birds. Teglgårdsparken oozes life, as there are approx. 350 holiday homes, but you decide whether you want to chat over the hedge, by the pool and playground or just be yourself.
