Deze ruime en comfortabele villa met twee verdiepingen geeft meer dan voldoende ruimte aan 5 personen en twee babies, en is daardoor bijzonder goed geschikt voor een vakantie met familie of vrienden.

Op de eerste verdieping vindt u de woonkamer, de grote en nieuw uitgeruste keuken, de eetkamer in de serre, en een zonnig terras op het zuiden. Op de tweede verdieping vindt u drie ruime slaapkamers met een badkamer. Het zwembad in de tuin bestaat uit zout water.

Het huis ligt verscholen tussen grote bomen en heeft bijzonder veel ruimte en privacy waardoor u met uw familie en vrienden helemaal tot rust kunt komen. Voorzieningen, winkels en attracties zijn allemaal vanaf 20 minuten met de auto bereikbaar.

Uw croissants en stokbrood kunt u de dag van tevoren bestellen in het dorpje Lamothe Fenelon bij restaurant Les 7 Sources, wat op ongeveer 5 minuten rijden afstand ligt

A large Boulangerie is located in the next village of St Julien de Lampon, 10 minute drive. You will also find a Boucherie, Charcuterie, Bar, and Pharmacy there.
