A great house with generous surfaces in modern style, located a few km outside the community Dalsjöfors, about 13 km from Borås. Wonderful location right on the edge of the lake Stora Dalsjön.

Plenty of space both inside and outside with access to your own bath and fishing jetty. Panoramic windows towards the lake on both floors. A walled garden that slopes down to the lakeside, with its own wooden walkway with a jetty and bathing raft, trampoline and bathing ladder. Towards the lake, a ”glass fence” for the safety of the smallest one replaces the wall.

On the plot there is also an outside bath barrel with seating for 6-8 people, perfect to heat up and relax in after a pleasant day together. For the smaller guests there is a swing, slide and smaller sandbox.

If you feel like being indoors, there is a lovely spa area in one of the bathrooms downstairs, with a whirlpool tub and a sauna for 6-8 people. In the house there are also various games, for example. hockey games, table football and air hockey. Free Wifi and access to Netflix are included.

The terrace is available in ground level (partly roofed) and in the entrance plan, where the lake view is even more impressive. It will surely be one of your favorite places to be.

Modern kitchen equipment with induction hob and large areas for preparation. Open floor plan in the ground floor with kitchen, living room and dining area. The house has three bedrooms (one of which is a walk-through room) with ten comfortable beds. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third room (the walk-through room) has six beds in two family beds with 140 cm under beds and 80 cm wide top beds.
