Lovely holiday home in a fantastic location, only 50 meters from a beach by the lake Åsunden. This house has undoubtedly one of the very best spots around the beautiful lake, where you live with panoramic view and from the roofed terrace you can sit undisturbed and enjoy the view regardless of the weather.

Just a short distance away is a fantastic little sandy beach with shallow water, perfect for the family with children. If you continue a few hundred meters further, you can swim or fish (fishing license required) from a pier.

The house itself is very attractive, newly built in 2017 with plenty of space for five people. Open plan with big beautiful panoramic windows. The kitchen has all the equipment you might need, including microwave, oven and dishwasher. The living room is bright and spacious with comfortable seating. A wood burning stove provides a cozy atmosphere if any day would feel a bit chilly and the floor heating that goes throughout the house give a comfortable temperature.

There are three bedrooms, all in which you can get a good night's sleep. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and if you let the window be open at night, the sound is heard from a stream that flows next to the house, really soothing. In the second bedroom there is a large bunk bed with 90 cm wide beds, even from here you can hear the soothing sound of the stream if you want. In the third bedroom, which is the smallest room, there is a single bed. The room is a dream for, for example, the teenager who wants to be undisturbed. The bathroom has wc, shower and washing machine.

The garden is large with plenty of space for pleasant relaxing days or days full of play, games and adventure. Here you will always find a place, whether you want to sit in the sunshine, enjoy the sunset over the lake or if you rather sit with a book in your hand or just want to have a dinner in the shade.

Around the lake Åsunden is a good hiking and cycling trail. The trail runs between the lake and your house, so the location is optimal. The nearest shop and a small restaurant is in Vegby, which you reach by walking or cycling along the trail for about 3 km. It is also possible to cycle along the track to Ulricehamn, which is 8 kilometers away. On the way to Ulricehamn, along the cycle route, you pass Skottek, where there is also a restaurant and a campsite. If you prefer to take the car to the store, it is about 10 km to Ulricehamn and the nearest store.

The whole area around the house is very attractive with access to the lake and the absolute vicinity of the forest. On a meadow next door, cows graze. Those who love to fish have fantastic opportunities for a very good catch in Åsunden, which has a healthy and good stock of a variety of fish species such as perch, pike and zander. Fishing license you can easily buy at the tourist office in Ulricehamn. Also, a trip to Ulricehamn for shopping and a day's lunch at any of the restaurants should not be missed. In addition, you can take a comfortable car trip to visit nice cities like Jönköping, Borås and Gothenburg.
