Welcome to this older house in a very good location in Mellbystrand, on the coast of Halland. The cottage is surrounded by a little garden and it is within walking distance of the beach.

The cottage features a kitchen, which is equipped with a kitchen table, an electric cooker, a fridge-freezer, and a coffee maker. There are two bedrooms, with a single bed in each. In the living room you will find a sofa bed and a cosy wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, and a small sitting bath tub with a shower.

The cottage also has a roofed terrace, the perfect place to relax, have coffee, and spend time together. There's also a small guest cottage with an extra bed.

In the summer, there are shops and restaurants open in Mellbystrand. There's also the hotel Strandhotellet, set by the beach. South of Mellbystrand, you will find the popular summer resort Båstad, known for it's tennis tournaments.

To the nort of Mellbystrand, you will find Halmstad which is one of the most popular summer towns in Sweden. Should there be a rainy day you can take the chance to visit Busfabriken, a big indoor playground that is very popular with the young ones. Halmstad also offers golf courses, shopping, restaurants and night clubs. Another nice place to visit is Tylösand, one of Sweden's most famous and popular beaches, situated close to Halmstad.
