Welcome to this cosy holiday home on Öland! It is set south of Färjestaden, only two kilometres from Eriksöra, where you will find several beautiful beaches.

The cottage is set on a large garden plot of 1900 square metres. It has a small kitchen equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge-freezer, and a coffee maker. The spacious living room has a TV, a sofa, and a dining table. There are three bedrooms, one with two single beds, and two with one single bed in each. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. Outside, there are two lovely terraces, one with a roof and one without.

The beach by Eriksöra is only two kilometres away and there's a child-friendly beach by Kalmarsund, with a bathing dock and steps. Öland offers an array of sights and activities. The castle of Borgholm is well worth a visit. Families with young children will enjoy Öland's Zoo with it's animals and it's water park.
