Amazing, nice and large holiday home, with a perfect location in the heart of Skagen. 

The holiday home has a unique location in the quarter "Østerby" in Skagen town center. The home is close to Skagen Museum (the art museum), "Sønderstrand" the beach with Vippefyret (the bascular lighthouse), the pedestrian street and the charming marina with the red "Bindesbøll" fishing warehouses.

The holiday home has plenty of room for the whole family with its 157 m2. The family friendly Villa is renovated in 2016 and the decor is classy and elegant. There is a lovely light in the villa and the home is furnished with all the modern facilities needed and has light wooden floors. 

On the ground floor there is a large elegant entrance hall, with a spacious closet and a staircase to the 1st floor. A large and light kitchen-dining room with a wood burning stove and a direct access to the elevated terrace with garden furniture. Furthermore, you will find a cozy living room with a TV and a bathroom with a shower. On the 1st floor there is four bedrooms with single beds. The single beds can be arrange as double beds if requested. Furthermore, there is a nice little living room, where you can relax with a book or your laptop and a second bathroom also with a shower.

There is a large garden surrounding the house and a lovely yard where you can enjoy your morning coffee or the long summer nights in nice, sunny and calm surroundings.

The house is located by a quiet road in calm surroundings so it's safe for children to ride a bike or scooter outside.  

The bakery and the butcher are located only a short walk away from the house. On the terrace you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or an ice cream from the nearby ice cream shop "iscafeen" while enjoying the breeze and the sun. 

Brøndum's Hotel is also located near the house, here you can enjoy a nice lunch or dinner in the historical surroundings.
