Welcome to this beautiful and high-situated holiday home in the peaceful holiday area of ​​Kærgården – only approx. 300 metres from the Limfjord. Here you will find a spacious and well-appointed holiday home with space for up to 12 people and plenty of opportunities for relaxation and cozy moments all year round.

The heart of the house is the large, combined living room with living room and open kitchen in one. Here you can gather around the dining table, enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove or relax on the sofa with TV and satellite. There is comfortable furniture and a high chair for the youngest guests. From the living room there is direct access to the house's inviting pool area.

The pool area offers a 20 m² swimming pool with a slide – a sure hit with both children and childlike souls. After a dip, you can pamper yourself in the hot tub or enjoy the heat in the sauna, which is directly accessible from the large bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, washbasin, shower and underfloor heating. There is also an additional bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and underfloor heating. The house has both a washing machine and a dryer, making it practical for longer stays.

The open and well-equipped kitchen contains a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and fridge/freezer, so you can easily prepare your holiday meals.

The sleeping accommodation is distributed over four good bedrooms and a loft. Two rooms are furnished with a double bed, one with a double bunk bed (sleeps 4), and two rooms each have a bunk for two people. There are two additional beds in the loft.

Outdoors, you can enjoy your stay on the terrace with a view of the area. There is a garden grill for cozy barbecue evenings, and on the 1001 m² large natural plot there is also a swing. In the area there is a shared playground with, among other things, mini golf for free use.

The house is heated with electric heating, a wood-burning stove and energy-efficient heat pumps (air/air in the living room and air/water for heating the pool). This is a non-smoking house.

Please note: The house is not rented to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
