Fantastic large and bright holiday home from 1964, situated on a large natural plot of 1,700 m2. The holiday home was renovated in 2016 and is 72 m2. The holiday home is decorated with bright furniture in Scandinavian style and consists of an open kitchen with dining area, a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, shower and floor heating. 2 of the bedrooms are inside the holiday home and the third is a large annex. The bedrooms in the house are distributed as follows: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. There are 2 single beds in the annex and a small desk. The holiday home can accomodate 6 persons. The holiday home has wireless internet access and a new smart TV with internet conection.
The holiday home has a south facing terrace of 100 m2. From the holiday home there is only 100 meters down to a lovely beach. Close to the holiday home, Lilleheden Klitplantage (forest) is located, as well as a public playground. 
For the golfers there is only 2 km to Hirtshals Golf Club. Go out and experience Lillehedens Klitplantage (forest), where there are some fantastic and adventurous hiking, running and cycling routes. A good excursion destination will be the Nordsøen Oceanarium (aquarium) and Hirtshals Lighthouse.
