Vakantiehuis in Uddevalla

Welcome to the far end of the road, with total privacy and room for many. Outside the garden you have a wood-fired hot tub, where you can sit for cosy nights and just enjoy your time off! This newly renovated holiday home is set in a sunny glade of the lovely grounds and with view over the surrounding area and is just a short walk away from the ocean.

The holiday home is 140 m² big and constructed during 2015. It is built with an old fashion look, but with a modern touch and with stylish furnishing. The entry consists of a big, bright hallway which leads to a beautiful kitchen area, which is equipped with a wood burning stove among other things. The area has an open layout to the living room, and has 3,5m headroom and big windows with view over the grounds, there is an exit leading to the two patios which facing various directions. Furthermore, there is a large double bedroom, three additional smaller bedrooms with bunk beds and a large bathroom with a tub on this level.

There is a family room one floor down equipped with a modern sofa bed, a laundry room and a bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also another exit to a large patio with overhead roof.

The plot is estimated 3000m2 wide and consist of a mixed nature, forest, meadows and pastures. There is a sable on the grounds witch houses some small ponies, the owner of the horses are there approximately there one time per day. The ground closest to the holiday home consists of a lawn with fruit trees. There are also a swing, a sandbox and a small hut for the kids to play in. In short is it a paradise for children.

You can charge you electric car at the cottage for a fee.

You can reach the ocean by just taking a cosy walk through the grove. As guests you also have acess to a nice boathouse and a cozy barbecue area directly by the sea, about 700 m from the house.There are various beaches with both rocky and less shallow beaches.

If you want more action there is only 2km to Unda camping. Unda camping is located in a nature reserve, and there you can find a grocery store, a restaurant and mini golf course among other things, there is even a water slide.

Please note that parties are not allowed either in the house or on the plot. The surroundings and the farm's associated horses must be respected. The house is not rented out to youth groups.

During the summer period, the archipelago boats stop at Unda, so take the opportunity and make a lovely day trip to one of the nice places where the boat visits. The mountain of Herrestad is also nearby, with offers beautiful hiking trails, mushrooms and berries and many lakes for fishing and bathing. There is a golf course named Bången which is located about 5 km north of you holiday home. The best shopping you will experience here is at the Torp mall, which is one of the biggest malls in Sweden, with many kinds of different shops and restaurants. There is approximately 10 km to the centre of Uddevalla.
