The house is both beautifully and stylishly furnished, with top of the line, exquisite furnishings and is also fully equipped with all modern facilities. The house consists of 3 stories enveloped in an enchanting abundance of natural light and is situated in beautiful and quiet surroundings. The 2nd storey offers a breathtaking paranoma view over both the city and the sea.

The holiday apartment is located in an area between Skagen city centre and Gl. Skagen.

The holiday home has a cosy open plan livingroom/kitchen space located on the 2nd. floor, with access to two beautiful balconies situated on both the northern and southern sides of the open plan space.The open plan space is furnished with a gorgeous dining area, as well as a cosy tv area. In addition, the open plan space is also equipped with a little "pop-up" desk, conviniently propped up against the wall. The 1st. floor houses the master bedroom,which is tastefully furnished with a fully functional walk-in closet, a single bed room,as well as,a bathroom, that is furnished with a showerhead and toilet. Moreover, the holiday home also offers 2 more double rooms located on the ground floor. The first double room is furnished with a twin bed, while the other double room is furnished with a three quaters bed. Both bedrooms have access to an outdoor balcony. A  bathroom fitted with a showerhead, as well as, a toilet is also available on this floor. The holiday home has a lot of storage space in the corridors of both the ground and 1st. floors.

The holiday home is located only 1000 Meter away from the nearest shopping area, which ensures that you can get freshly baked bread every morning.

Skagen's many attractions, restaurants, cafee's as well as, the Skagen harbour and Grenen are only a a short drive north of the holiday home. Skagen city centre is only 3,5 kms away from the holiday home, a distance that can be covered on a quick bike ride or car drive. Grenen, Denmark’s most northern point, where the two-ocean meet (the North and the Baltic Sea) is a must to explore and visit.
