Deze comfortabele villa met 3 slaapkamers voor 6 gasten (3 tweepersoonsbedden) ligt in de heuvels boven Arenas en biedt rust, privacy en een adembenemend uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee en de vallei van Velez Málaga. Gasten kunnen ontspannen in het privézwembad of genieten van het terras met tuinmeubilair en een gasbarbecue. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van een oven, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, vaatwasser en koelkast. Vloerverwarming en een houtkachel zorgen voor warmte in de winter. Een kinderbedje en kinderstoel zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar. Er is gratis wifi en parkeergelegenheid op het terrein. Stranden liggen op 9 km afstand, golf op 13 km, en nabijgelegen steden bieden restaurants en winkels. De toegangsweg is 7 km lang, deels steil maar onlangs geasfalteerd. Als gevolg van wijzigingen in de wetgeving inzake vakantieverhuur in Spanje, die op 1 juli 2025 van kracht worden, zijn alle huiseigenaren nu verplicht om gedetailleerde informatie van aankomende gasten te verzamelen. Dit omvat de volledige namen, identiteitsnummers, adressen, geslacht en land van verblijf van elk lid van uw groep. Om een vlotte en tijdige check-in te garanderen, verzoeken wij u vriendelijk om deze informatie vóór uw aankomstdag door te geven aan de huiseigenaar of beheerder. For walks from the house just step up the hill behind the water reservoir above the house. After a couple of minutes climbing the wine and olive groves you are on the crest of the mountain. Take a right and continue up to Bentomiz Castle with fantastic views. You can continue further towards the sea and return by catching the road up to the house (from Algarrobo). The walk takes less than two hours. In Arenas (also a nice walk down) make sure to have lunch at Juani's right before the City Hall. It's the one with a wild boar head on the wall (inside). It's cheap, no-nonsense food and you'll mingle with locals and farmers from nearby. For newspapers, maps and second hand books in several languages, visit the store on Plaza de la Paz (Calle Infantes 32) in Torre del Mar. For those who want to shop ecologically, there is a shop on the same square. In Torre del Mar we have a soft spot for Marisqueria El Yate - splendid sea food at a good price. Of the many chiringuitos on the beach, we especially recommend Victoria and Varela. Pizza and pasta at La Mamma II (Avenida Andalucía 63) is nice thing to do on a hot summer evening. They have an outside terrace. You mostly eat better in Torre del Mar, but don’t miss Nerja, which is really beautiful (and much more touristic). Ice cream on Balcon de Europa is a must. El Pulguilla (Calle del Almirante Ferrándiz, 26) is a really nice bar/restaurant. They serve great tapas inside at the bar or meals on a huge outdoor terrace with a back door entrance from the very large outdoor parking space just east of the Balcony. Marina (on the square with the same name) is also recommended. Swimming: Torre del Mar is very local and atmospheric. Nerja has more cliffs and a more spectacular setting. And you can even swim on the beaches to both sides of the Balcony – right in the center of twon. But nothing beats the beaches in the Nature Park starting after Maro (which has a decent beach as well). Playa Cantarrijan is a favorite - you walk or take the bus down from the main road. There are two restaurants on the beach – and some nudists in the water. Canuelo beach is wider and also has a good restaurant. Again: It’s a nature reserve, so park by the road and take the bus down.
