This stunning holiday home, fully renovated in 2021, is nestled in the idyllic surroundings of Bratten Strand, inviting you to relax and enjoy quality time with family in bright, welcoming spaces.

As you step inside, you are greeted by a bright and inviting entryway leading to the heart of the home – a spacious, open kitchen and living area. The stylish kitchen is equipped with modern amenities and everything you need to prepare delicious meals together. The kitchen opens into a spacious dining area with seating for six, perfect for cozy dinners, as well as a comfortable sofa corner for movie nights, board games, or quiet moments with a good book. Gather around the wood-burning stove on cooler days, where its warmth and glow create a special atmosphere – ideal after a refreshing walk along the beach.

The summerhouse offers three lovely bedrooms: two rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds, all designed for comfort and relaxation so that you can wake up refreshed and ready for new adventures.

From the main room, there is direct access to a fantastic wooden terrace that beautifully encircles the house. Here, you can enjoy the sun all day, find cool shade from the warm rays, and shelter from the wind. The terrace offers everything for a luxurious outdoor experience – from comfortable sun loungers to a delightful outdoor spa, perfect for unwinding under the open sky. The terrace opens onto a large, green lawn where children have plenty of space to play and have fun. There is also a swing and a trampoline, making the outdoor areas of this summerhouse ideal for families with children.

As evening falls, gather around the firepit, where the dancing flames create the perfect setting for warm summer nights that can easily stretch late into the night, filled with coziness and togetherness.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rental to youth groups. The renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire rental period.

THE AREA:
Bratten Strand offers an endless stretch of white sandy beach, dunes, plenty of heather moorland, and forests for walks. There is also a long bathing jetty with platforms.
The summer shop, grill bar, and large playground are just 800 meters from the summerhouse.

The nearby town of Strandby offers a charming harbor environment. You can enjoy a delicious lunch here and perhaps catch a fish auction early in the morning at 7:00, which everyone is welcome to attend.

For those seeking a bit more city life, Frederikshavn is not far away. Here, you’ll find Denmark’s only palm beach, which is ideal for young children with its shallow waters – and close by is the famous ice cream shop. A visit here is sure to be a hit for families with children. On a rainy day, we recommend a trip to the large indoor play center "Funhouse" in northern Frederikshavn.

Vendsyssel is full of attractions, and this holiday home is a great base for exploring the towns along the east coast. Aalborg, Sæby, Skagen, and Råbjerg Mile are all great options, or maybe even Fårup Sommerland, whose water park has recently been expanded, and where there’s usually a new attraction each year – making the experience even bigger, wilder, and wetter.
