Great holiday cottage with outdoor whirlpool on Hinnøya, Norway's largest island. The cottage is situated by itself by the fjord,next to the village Flesnes, with large panoramic windows facing the sea and the nature. Here you can really enjoy the scenery with little streams running down the mountain sides. On the large terrace, start the day with your morning coffee, while watching the sun rise in the east with the sound of waves in the background. Enjoy the warm water of the whirlpool and admire the wonderful fjord view, winter or summer.

This is a great place to experience winter with the wonderful Northern lights moving across the sky. After long, cold days outside you can warm yourself in front of the wood-burning stove in the living room. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comfortable with heated floors all year around. One bathroom and also an additional WC and water basin in the laundry room. You have a yard behind the cottage that you can use all year around.

The fjord has plenty of great fishing locations and a 14 ft self draining boat with control panel and 25 hp motor is available for rent between May 15th and September 15th. The boat is tied up to a floating dock 400 meters from the house. By the house, you have a basic canoe for 2 people at 50 NOK per day. The mountains around the fjord are great for hiking with several walking trails. They also have several fish rich lakes, and a salmon river runs at the end of the fjord for those with a fishing license.

The cottage is a good starting point for day excursions by car to Lofoten and Vesterålen, with its impressive scenery and many small fishing villages that are worth visiting. The house has a high chair. The mezzanine has its own TV set up for PlayStation.
