A completely renovated holiday cottage with a whirlpool for 2 people and a wonderful ocean view from nearly all rooms.

The house was renovated in 2010 with a focus on quality and functionality.

There is a large, open kitchen connected to the big living room, with direct access to the terrace. From one of the bedrooms you can walk out to a large roof terrace with an unobstructed ocean view. On the 1st floor you can access the bed loft (with its own TV) from one of the bedrooms. There is an energy friendly heat pump and a wood-burning stove.

The house is located on a plot with some older trees and fruit trees.

No letting to youth groups, only families. The house is not suitable for walking-impaired people because of the stairs.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
