The house was built in 1910 and completely renovated in 2010. There are several terraces around the house, and from the 1st floor you have access to a balcony. The 1st floor has great views of the sea and the countryside. The house is divided into two sections, but with access between the two departments, and would be a perfect setting for several families wishing to spend their holiday together. One section has room for 8 people and the other department has room for 6 people. Because of the layout the house is very suitable for business use. No letting to youth groups.
