Beautifully located holiday cottage with a panoramic view of the sunset, the islands and the steep mountains along one of the world's most beautiful fjords - Hjørundfjorden.

Midsummer you have sun all day, with sunrise at 04.30 and sunset at 23.30. The house is only 80 meters from the fjord with nothing to block the view. A couple of other holiday cottages are located behind. You can sit on the 50 m² open terrace or the 15 m² covered terrace and watch cruise ships sail by. Lovely garden and yard with lighting. The holiday house is well equipped with gas grill (outdoors), some TV-games (Norwegian and English ones,Playstation 3 with some German games, Gamecube machine with 5 games, Gameboy pocket with approx. 35 games), internet via fibre cable with 100 Mbits high speed, coffee machine, waffle iron, toaster, electric kettle, griddle, blender, etc.

10 m² large awning. The sleeping arrangement in the upstairs living room are two folding extra beds with comfortable mattresses. Same type of extra bed in in the bedroom. 2 cots. Shower in the indoors whirlpool for 1-2 people. The outdoor massage bath fits 6-7 people, and you can regulate the temperature while enjoying the spectacular view. In the bathroom, there is a shower adjacent to the bath tub.

200 meter to a small harbour, where a motorboat is available for rent (including life jackets). The boat has automatic drainage, inboard diesel engine (not expensive in use), large and closed cubicle that fits 10 people, 2 sonars, chartplotter, radar, autopilot, reel, 2 deck lights and headlight on the roof, 2 rod holders, fishing equipment, pyro-galley, toilet, walkie-talkie, vhf radio, and stereo with an aux entrance for mobiles. A covered fish cleaning table at your disposal.

The fishing conditions in the fjord are great. Outdoors swimming pool in summer and restaurant 10 km. Small beach with shallow water 1 km. Signed mountain hiking trails, 1 km to the closest. 15 km to the town of Sykkulven. The salmon and trout river Straumselva 18 km. 4 km to a lake with small trout. Alpine skiing in winter 20 km away. Hellesylt is 60 km away, where you can take the gorgeous cruise ride to Geiranger.
