Vakantiehuis in Ål

Great holiday home located in wonderful surroundings in Ål in Hallingdal.
The cabin is nicely furnished with a richly equipped kitchen, a pleasant dining table with room for many around the table. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, both with double beds.
In the loft (Hems) there are two further bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. It is possible to stand upright in the loft, but it has a pitched roof.
There is also a TV room in the loft with fiber via Altibox, so here there are lots of channels and also internet which is included.

Outside there is a large enclosed terrace on one long side. Here there is solid wooden furniture and a fire pit, so you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view.

Ål is a paradise for ski enthusiasts, here it is a short distance both to the alpine center and machine-prepared ski slopes for both short and long ski trips. Ål ski center is centrally located and the ski center has snow cannons that at all times ensure 13 km of well-prepared slopes of varying degrees of difficulty, the drop height is over 450 metres.
Ål ski center is best known for the Svarteberg trail, which is one of Norway's best giant slalom trails. This route is often used by the men's and women's national alpine teams. In addition, they have one of Hallingdal's best slopes for beginners and children.

In summer, there are great cycling opportunities on our own tracks and on the alpine slopes. There is a great walk called Elvelangs, this is 7.6 km long and you walk in beautiful nature along the Hallingdal river and there are gaps along the way, it also passes Hallingdal holiday park, here there is, among other things, a climbing park, a cycling park, adventure golf and an ice rink. You also pass many nice bathing spots.

There are fishing opportunities in Kroktjørn, about 100 meters from the cabin, and here you can catch mountain trout, fishing license included. Otherwise, there are over 50 fishing lakes in Ål, so there are many opportunities. There is abundant wildlife in the area and lots of berries such as blueberries, lingonberries and mullets.
