There is a bathroom with marble floors, underfloor heating, whirlpool and sauna. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 guest room and 1 room that also has the solarium. From the bright living room with bay window and wood-burning stove you have access to a large, semi-covered terrace with garden furniture and charcoal grill, and from here you can see the ocean. The well equipped kitchen has underfloor heating, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer (55 l). In the hallway there is underfloor heating and wardrobe. There is a flat-screen TV, DVD, VCR, stereo and CD and satellite. For children there is a cot, highchair, swing and sandpit.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
