Holiday cottage with a sauna renovated in 2007 with good sea views from all bedrooms and living room, terrace and plot. Located on a natural plot at the attractive Nørlev Strand. The house appears very bright and with modern, tasteful decor. Bathroom from 2014. Kitchen and living room in open plan. Living and dining area is separated from the kitchen from 2007 and with all known comforts. The 3 bedrooms all have double beds, in addition the mezzanine has a sofa bed for 2 people. The mezzanine has skylights and good height (1.5 m), here you also have a very beautiful sea view. The living room has leather furniture from 2007 and a wood-burning stove for the cold evenings. The living room also has good sea views and access to both the covered and the open terrace.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
