On the site there are 25 m² carport/tool shed. The house is located in an attractive holiday area with approx. 150 metres to a popular beach with blue flag (2012). In the area there are plenty of opportunities for hiking - including on the famous Gendarmsti approx. 100 metres from the house. For anglers there are many opportunities as the coasts around Broagerland are known for their good sea trout fishing. The shopping happy guests can visit the nearby interesting towns Sønderborg and Flensburg.
